Lightroom 3

So we're very excited about Lightroom 3 being announced. It has been almost two years since the last release and this one should be very exciting! We are really looking forward to the noise reduction and lens distortion correction. There are tons of other new updates. Family Shoot

Family shoots are always a lot of work but this one was so much fun. We had grandparents, children, and grandchildren and we photographed at a beautiful train station. The grandfather also brought an old classic car that we photographed some of the family in front of. There was great lighting and it went pretty smoothly.

Recent Wedding

We had so much fun photographing Breana & Jason Pooler's wedding a couple of weeks ago. The Bride and Groom were great and so was the wedding party. You can see from the posted shots that we had a great time. We think it is so important at TakeOurPhoto that you have a great relationship with not only the Bride and Groom but with all of their friends and family too. We just have to say that we love our jobs! We love what we do and we think that comes across in our photographs. Thank you for making it possible for us to make a living doing something we love! If you love doing what you do for a living, you're not really working!

South Africa is Gorgeous!

So we're to weeks into our vacation in South Africa. We had a great time in the Krueger National Park where we did our safari. We've been to Jo-Berg and Durban as well and now we're on our way to Port Elizabeth and then to Cape Town. Below are some pictures from our safari. We'll be sure to post more later!
